No, you don’t have to lift a finger! Our "Shine Like Magic" teams arrive fully equipped with professional-grade vacuums, mops, and our signature eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have a specific product you would prefer us to use, just let us know, and we are happy to accommodate.

Are your products safe for pets and children?

Absolutely. We specialize in Green Cleaning. We exclusively use biodegradable, non-toxic products that effectively clean without leaving behind harmful chemical residues. Your home will be safe for paws, claws, and crawling babies immediately after we finish.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

That is entirely up to you! Many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key, lockbox code, or garage code so they can return to a sparkling home after work. Our staff is strictly vetted and background-checked, so your property is in safe hands whether you are there or not.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, SLMP Cleaning Services is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry comprehensive liability insurance to protect your home or business. We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for commercial clients or apartment management upon request.

What is the difference between a Standard and Deep Clean?

A Standard Clean is designed for maintenance: dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. A Deep Clean (highly recommended for first-time visits) goes much further, tackling baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, window sills, and heavy grime buildup to reset your home to a "Shine Like Magic" baseline.

Yes, we understand that life and business don't stop at 5 PM. We offer weekend appointments for residential clients and after-hours/overnight scheduling for commercial businesses in NY and GA to ensure we clean without disrupting your day.

Do you clean inside the fridge and oven?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Cleaning the interior of major appliances (refrigerator, oven) is automatically included in our Move-In/Move-Out packages. For our Standard or Deep Cleaning residential packages, these are available as customized add-ons so you only pay for what you need.

Can I request the same cleaner every time?

We strive to keep the same team assigned to your home or office for recurring services. This allows our staff to learn your specific preferences and routine. However, in the case of illness or vacation, we will send another fully trained "Shine Like Magic" professional to ensure your service is not interrupted.
