• Fixed Rate: $525.00
• Initial Scope: Applies to homes up to 1,500 sq. ft.
• Larger Homes: Cleaned at a rate of $0.35 per additional sq. ft.
• Supplies: All professional cleaning supplies are included unless otherwise instructed.

This deep clean goes beyond routine maintenance, targeting areas that accumulate grime over time. Special requests and specific exclusions can be discussed during scheduling.

• Deep Cleaning Focus:
  • Blinds (excludes mini blinds)
  • Baseboards and window sills
  • Ceiling fans and high dusting
• Kitchen Detail:
  • Interior and exterior of major appliances (excludes fridge interior)
  • Cabinet exteriors
  • Hard surfaces, thorough sink scouring, and floor mopping.
• Bathrooms:
  • Intensive cleaning of showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and shower tracks.
  • All hard surfaces and floors.
• General Cleaning:
  • Wiping light switches, doors, and trim.
  • Thorough furniture dusting/wiping, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
