Pricing and Scope Details

• Fixed Rate: $384.00
• Duration: Includes eight hours of professional cleaning service.
• Recommended For: Homes between 3,000 and 4,000 sq. ft.
• Additional Time: Can be added in advance for the lowest discounted rate of $48 per hour.

Meticulous Service Inclusions

Our detailed eight-hour package provides exhaustive cleaning of all core living areas:

• Kitchen: Hard surfaces, countertops, sinks, and floors. Interior of the refrigerator is excluded (exterior only).
• Bathrooms: Showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and floors.
• Bedrooms & Living Areas: Dusting of all hard surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping of all applicable floors.
• Trash Removal: Included as part of the general room reset.

Exclusions and Optional Add-Ons

The following specialized services are not included in the premium 8-hour package but are available for an additional charge:

• Wall washing
• Furniture cleaning (upholstery, leather conditioning)
• Doing dishes
• Laundry services
